Ah, what a great weekend. I spent Saturday face painting at a little boy's party in Vancouver. A lovely family and great kids too. Check out the new images in the weirdFaces gallery.

Had a great time, food was awesome, and the weather was perfect. Met a wonderful balloon twister called Sylvia the balloon lady telling stories, creating amazing balloon creations and being very entertaining.

On Sunday we spent the afternoon lounging about in the beautiful Lynn Valley. The boys skated, played baseball, soccer and rode their bikes. Plus, it was a holiday weekend so Monday became a day of DIY, spring cleaning and gardening. Rain held off until the late afternoon when we stopped to get coffee and cakes. All in all, a great, positive start to the season and weirdFaces. Talk soon x
