One face at a time please...

I have just got home after a great job working as the face painter at a school PAC BBQ in North Vancouver. It was so great as it was the first official job I've had since we moved to Canada. The kids were so patient and complimentary about my work, and the parents! I think I did an OK job and will definitely put out more posters/flyers now that I've got some work under my belt. I actually had a really great time and loved every minute of it - I love seeing the kids faces: they're like all serious and quiet and they tell me that they'd like the Unicorn, so I do it with either a pink and yellow mane or purple and pink with sparkles and then hand them the mirror and they suddenly smile so wide and say "awesome" or "that's so pretty" and it makes me smile too! I think I painted one face every 3 minutes for 2 hours straight! I'll post some pictures soon but here's one of me before I left - I hope I didn't scare anyone - I did get some lovely comments though! (Even when I had to get some milk on my way home - I got some interesting looks that's for sure!)
