I recently had the pleasure of providing my Little Lady Makeup Services to a FABulous group of 9 year old girls celebrating at a birthday photo shoot organised by Silvia Photography of West Vancouver.

Such a great idea for little girls who are just starting to get in to fashion, makeup, colour and creativity. We all had a blast with the props, some great music and curling tong talents provided by a mum.

With the help of the photographer, we transformed the girls into Cover Girls (plus a little bit of computer magic!

The girls really worked it in front of the camera and had so much fun both in front of and behind the camera!

In 2013 Silvia and I plan on working on a few more projects but it's all top secret for now - watch this space!

2nd video of the season. Music again by Solstice

Taken from Nick & Brian Wolfe's book 'Extreme Face Painting' I am attempting to film and upload 12 videos in the run up to Halloween. Here's the first installment. The music is provided by Solstice (my 13 yr old son!)

I recently had the opportunity to participate in the semi-annual event that is Bellies to Babies Celebration at the Croatian Cultural centre in Vancouver for the 3rd time. I was painting bellies from 11am to 4pm and broke my record of 12 bellies in 5 hours by painting 13 bellies in 5 hours! Check out the new photos in the gallery but here are a couple to show you the kind of thing I was doing. Each belly took about 20 minutes to paint including glitter and liquid bling.

A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity once again to paint for the North Shore Family Services 'Fitness for Families' fundraiser in Lynn Valley Village. Sponsored by Zazou Salon & Spa, Equal balance Fitness and The Botto Team, the event was a great success. The BC Lions attended and there was a raffle, 50/50, crafts and balloons.
